Before you e-mail me your submission, fill in the info below . One form per item. Thanks. Title: The name of the item that you are submitting. Type: What are you submitting? Fan art, fan fiction, articles, information, wallpapers, LJ icons, etc. URL: If you have a link to the item, type it here. It makes getting the items easier. Brief description: Briefly describe your submission to me (ie. Sarah Michelle Gellar Wallpapers, EW photoshoot). If it’s fan fiction, make it the teaser for the story. Size: How many MS Word pages/Wallpapers 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768, Icons 100 x 100, other art any size. Your name/nickname/alias: What you want to be called where your submission will be shown.
